Andrew was great. He had the tech determine what was wrong with my F150. He came out to the waiting room and sat and went over everything that was needed to get my truck back to running smoothly. He then arranged offered to ride me back home and have the truck delivered when it was complete. He called and left me a voicemail when the truck was almost complete and gave me a time when they would be dropping my truck off.
Toni called and told me it was complete, I provided my credit card information for payment and she told me when she would drop it off. She pulled into my driveway true to her word. She gave me more information on your services and the pick up and delivery option. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend McCandless Ford Meadville.
