The McCandless staff made me feel like I mattered to them. They were great to deal with. I would highly recommend the service department at McCandless Ford.

Joe's service is excellent. This is the first time my service report was sent to my phone as opposed to a paper copy attached to the invoice. Although I received the text and opened it successfully, I was unable to locate the link to the actual service report. I went back in to the service counter with my phone, and Joe navigated around till he found it. Nice touch - especially since Joe was very professional and kind of humerous about all the technology. He made me feel like a valued customer and not like some technologically challenged dummy.

As always, completely satisfied. Vehicle towed in to McCandless for complete shutdown due to electronics issue. Service department fit truck into work schedule very timely. No problem was discovered, but service manager (Joe) and I discussed issue on depth. Vehicle was road tested over several days without issue. No issues with road tests and diagnostics. Satisfied service department has done all possible at this point.
