It was discussed with Mr. Caldwell, when he contacted me with what was found with my Jeep, and I was told that I needed an oil change, on top of the other issue (front brake lines). He was told specifically NOT to do the oil change at this time, that I would have that done a a later date. He acknowledged that and made initial monetary adjustments to the work estimates to NOT include the oil change. Well, once I got home after picking up my Jeep, I noticed they did, in fact do an oil change and was thus charged for it, along with the other work done. Plus, had to wait slightly over two weeks to get my Jeep back because, you all did not have a couple of rubber brake lines and a few line clips in stock. I can understand something of greater significance not being in stock, but, common rubber brake line hoses? Anyway, the main gripe is being charged for an oil change that I did not approve.

Dropped truck off for clutch recall . Was rushed back to dealership beacuse I was speeding a little to try and get there before they close . And my truck doesn’t shift correctly after so called new clutch. Plus I got to walk home beacuse there’s no loaner avalible I guess beacuse of my driveing habits . Un real I’m so fed up with Pettus dealership please fix my truck so I can take me a my family to were we need to go . Can’t believe the service from this dealer.

Cassie was very apologetic when she called to quote me on our a battery install and purchased. I thought she was being sweet, but later realized it was because the price was 2x more than other certified Chrysler dealerships. Cassie, was disgustingly unpleasant when I showed up to pay for our diagnostic and get keys. The other customer in line also commented on how bad service was on the Chrysler side. Needless to say, we have no intention on doing business with Pettus and will advise others to stay away from.
