I am one not to complain. Having owned my own buisness, I know that things don't always turn out the way you hope them to. That being said, there are four things I would like to comment on. 1) I did not appreciate the pressure put on me to sign up for the extended warranty. If someone calls me I will explain this in more detail. 2) The amount of time to do the paperwork was excessive. Once we decided to purchase the car, we waited several hours to sign the documents. 3) I was asked to sign the documents on my phone while I was at the dealership. As I proceeded to do this, the system kept kicking me back to the start. I wasn't sure what documents I had signed and if I missed any. I think that is why Leo sent me another set of documents to sign today. He said not all the documents were signed. So I had to read through all the documents again before I signed them. 4) My wife is allegric to chemical smells. We told that to Jay before we even came to the dealership. When we got in the car for a test drive, she could smell something like cologne. It wasn't too bad, so we decided to purchase the car. We have noticed since we got it home, that the smell has become stronger. Overall, We love the car, so we will try to find a way to eliminate the smell. I actually doubt that my comments will ultimately make any difference.
