Personnel and service always the best! I appreciate the staff and service at Lexus of Las Vegas.

The service was not too bad but the quality was not close to Lexu's standards. There was little to no attention given to me while I was standing by the service area. I was expecting someone to at least ask "what can I help you with" but those sitting there in their cubicles just glance at me and ignore me while I was looking around to talk to someone. Confusing for a new clients visiting. The tech guys have no clue on getting the tech setting changed especially those areas mentioned in the user manual. Car was not washed when it was brought back to me and that was intentionally left out. I may try the henderson service area for comparison for the next service.
