I love continuity of having Joel as my service advisor for many years. The dealership is clean, organized, and I appreciate having seating in quiet areas away from the TV in regular waiting area. Hi- when I arrived at my appointment at 10am I let Henry know that I would need a driver at 11:15am. By 11:20 I followed up with Henry. He made efforts with drivers & Lyft. Somehow I didn’t get a driver till 11:40 and was late to the appointment I had to be at. I intentionally let staff know when I arrived the timeline to avoid this situation. The driver I ended up with was very nice. It seems as tho the original driver was stalling & passed off ticket as to not interfere with his break. Very frustrated. My car service went well & my car was washed very nicely
