We should receive/inform from the service advisor for the "total" amount of the service price, we are confused with the "add on" service and routine service but we do pay the amount for service.
Just need to be more specific in service detail and what is "add on", we were told for $1400 but the end is $2000+
We like Lexus and will be back.
