Everyone was very nice a courteous. There was some communication issues between the different parts of the service department however. I had just had my new car ceramic coated and was advised not to wash the car for a few days to allow the coating to set. I requested that the car not be washed. It was even indicated on the service order not to wash the car. When I came to pick up the car it had been washed however. This was acknowledged by the valet and also evident by the water dripping from parts of the car
