Looking forward to picking up my new (certified pre-owned) 350 in a couple days. Staff was excellent. All needs met and a little beyond. Would have liked to negotiate some but with trade-in, etc. I felt it was a relatively fair deal. Girls do not spending money on cars!

Outside people who receive clients could be just a little more courteous. They are not rude by any means, but they could acknowledge us when we pull in. Just an eye contact or a wave or something. We know we have to wait for our turn.
