It may be my imagination but if feel like I wasn't treated as well as expected because I purchased my Lexus LS 500 at a different dealership. I asked about remote start when I dropped the vehicle off. I was told they would check on it. Once I picked up the car I was told it had remote start and they will be able to activate it when I bring it for the next service. It seems like a lot of key features have not been activated on my vehicle and I expected to be able to truly experience Lexus.

I was disappointed that my car was returned to me dirty after a diagnostic service. In all my previous visits to Lexus of Las Vegas, my vehicle was always washed and cleaned before being returned, which I appreciated as part of the overall customer experience. This time, however, that didn’t happen, and it left me feeling that the level of service had declined. I hope this was just an oversight and not a new standard, as I’ve always expected a high level of care and attention from your dealership.

All I said over telephone conversation was Jesus Christ about the prices and the guy Justin went off the rails and said for me not to talk to him that way I said what did I say to you that is so bad . I'm not cussing you not at all ..he kept insisting just don't talk to him that way.
We originally took my Lexus in for a new
battery..and to check tire sensors if it
needed to be changed cause sensor light on dash was on...technicians suggested new
tires..also all new sensors replaced..
Sensor four hundred each...tires four hundred fifty dollars each...plus tire alignment that's why I said Jesus Christ I wasn't being disrespectful I couldn't believe the cost..so because he insisted that I was being disrespectful of not knowing what I said the was so wrong I decided to take my business elsewhere..and believe me when I say that..I will never ever purchase anything else from Sahara Lexus again you ask how to fix the problem well let's start with a WRITTEN apology..sorry to say I'm a 70 year old female and I will not be disrespected..not now not ever.i understand everyone has bad days but to tell me don't speak that way to him Justin ..and about Jesus Christ just letting you know
