I had an appointment on that day at 4pm. I was there at exactly 3:54pm. The technician informed me he could not find my appointment and decided not to accommodate me. I tried to show him my confirmation text message but he careless. I asked for a supervisor or a manager but told me to standby. I was denied the opportunity to speak with a manager or supervisor. Later, they took my car in. For just an oil change, I stayed there for about 2 hours. To put more insult to my injury, when I went to pick up my car, they did not reset my oil gauge or dashboard reading. I was very very frustrated.
