It was shocking and disappointing when my car didn't start after having been serviced. I am, however grateful that management thought enough of my patronage to adjust the cost needed to purchase a new battery.

I spent $800 for service that I was told was the problem. Now 3 days later my check engine light is back on. So I am not happy as I do not have money for the dealership to “fish” around to figure out what the problem is and I don’t now want to have to spend hundreds of more dollars for a new “issue” that they will now say is the problem. Which makes me wonder if what I’ve already paid for was the problem in the first place

Wanted to charge me $501.97 for a battery and I requested why the tire light is coming on was told because of the cold which my tires were check before hand by my husband and the light was still on. I ask before I left how was the tire light issue was told it was due to weather and if I wanted it check it would be $100 and something just to look at it. But right when I left from the brake service the light came back on. And been on ever since

I had my truck serviced at this dealership every since I bought it I have purchased 2 Avalons and 4 Trucks and details and trust is important to me I had my oil change and tires rotated prior to my service yesterday and one of my tires valve stem cap was missing I did not notice until I got home alright so yesterday I had my truck serviced and whoever rotated my tires did not have enough pride for your product and my loyalty to your dealership to notice that the cap was missing and to have good will to replace it (are you kidding me) how much would that have cost me or your business I spent over $200 to have my truck serviced if the valve cap would have cost me whatever I could have afford to pay for it but to not replace it I found it disgusting it is the attention to detail that truly make a difference and I was very disappointed I would have not said anything to you guys about this but since you allowed me to share my experience I shared this with you but you can believe this I will share my experience with any and all of the people that I know that are thinking about supporting your business and If you don’t know just ask Leroy or Rodney about me I truly was disappointed with my visit with you guys and make this a GREAT DAY
