Steve and all persons in Customer Service (Adam, Cisco, Len, Both Alex’s) are cordial and truly professional.
Steve asked me if I wanted the 30,000 mile checklist and explained what it entailed. I told him yes I would do this.
After car was finished he explained everything that was done to the car.
Keep up the great work you do everyday.

Upon arrival my husband told the person helping him about a message that had just popped up on the dashboard and they told him it was due to it needing an oil change. Message popped up again after the service was provided now we have to take the car in again.

Leonard was great. I really like him. However, your car wash guy promptly broke my retractable antennae running it through your car wash which was extremely disheartening for my first experience with your business. I understand you will replace it, but now I have to drive around with a broken whiplash antenna for 5 days while I wait for the new one. Also, it’s raining today and the car was already clean. Why was it even washed? I guess overall I would describe my experience ask “classic Toyota made me feel sad.”
