Very much appreciated Amanda Martinez’s effort to work with Subaru Corporate office to provide me with Goodwill credit to pay for air conditioning hoses, o-ring, Freon and condenser. I am hoping that the $277 diagnostic cost will be covered.
I was disappointed that Subaru Customer Advocacy Group did not provide the goodwill credit given only 26K miles on my vehicle

While I was satisfied with Mr. Conner’s service I am very disappointed with Subaru customer advocacy. The estimated cost of the repair is $1,216 not including the $277 out of pocket cost for the diagnostic. My vehicle has only 26,000 miles of driving and this type of mechanical failure should not occur at this low mileage. It’s an indication of the part and engineering quality deficiencies. I will never purchase another Subaru.

I was not completely satisfied but I don’t want to leave a negative mark on Zach he was a good guy. Frankly you charge too much and I’m not certain your findings are trustworthy but you are one of the only Subaru dealers in Chicago, so people are kind of stuck with you. I think you could come down on those prices and still pay your staff a livable wage. God bless
