This was the fourth time I was in to fix the sensors, the side sensors of the vehicle, and I was on the road for 10 minutes and they stopped working. I spent at least three hours each time in the waiting room. Nothing is fixed and I am feeling like, I have wasted time and money

After waiting 3, yes 3 hours, the service advisor came in and said the two issues I’m having with my infotainments system I need to leave the vehicle for the day. All the tech got done was the recall. My question is why the hell didn’t you tell me this up front and I could have left the vehicle with you for all the work!!!! Instead of making me wait 3 hours only to be told I have to leave me vehicle!!!

I was there from 10;30 to 2;30 for just an inspection and tire change and alignment. I was expecting 2 hours but was there for 4 hours. I should’ve been told at the 2 hour mark what to expect. I was not. It was obvious the schedule was overbooked and there was no update. You also don’t offer shuttle so you’re stuck there or having extra expense to leave and return. I feel your service and respect to the customer needs work. Usually the inconvenience wouldn’t upset me but I have family visiting from out of town. They were waiting for me in their car in my driveway.
