After hearing high remarks about this service center, I had high hopes my issues would be resolved without much concern. Unfortunately that was not the case. I brought in my ‘23 Tacoma two weeks ago because of a brake malfunction warning and check engine light. The service advisor got me in right away, which was promising. After only 30 minutes or so I was told the issue could not be troubleshot because of an aftermarket alarm that’s installed. I was advised to have the alarm removed and if the warning doesn’t come back then it’s fine. I immediately had the alarm disconnected so the issue could be fully inspected. The warning did n out come back but I didn’t feel the alarm was the cause of the issue. I brought my truck back to have it inspected and it turned out there was indeed an issue with the accelerator pedal which needed to be replaced. I also asked to have the auto headlights inspected since they weren’t working. I was given an initial estimate of 3 days to do the work. A massive storm came in, and I assume the parts were delayed, but I did not get any update. I called last Friday and was told they didn’t know the status and they’d call me back Saturday. I did not get a call. I called Monday for an update and was told the tech was at lunch and they’d call me back. I did not get a call. I called Tuesday for an update and they said it would be done some time in the afternoon. When I went to pickup my truck I was told the brake/accelerator malfunction was fixed but the auto headlights were not because of an aftermarket alarm (which had already been disconnected). I’m very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from the service team and inability to resolve the problem with my headlights. After this experience I think I will choose to have my service done at a different location.

Once I finally got in to you the recalls were taken care of. I went in September and you didn't have the parts. Never got a call from anyone to reschedule. Took until now to get it taken care of. Work on communication!

Toyota of Colorado springs is definitely my go to place for service and parts. Even when the car I ordered came in with chrome rims instead of black I felt they took care of me getting them ordered and changed out. If I had to buy another car or knew someone who needed a car I would recommend these guys.

Randy was very short and cold. Did not call me with an update as he mentioned. I asked him what I was looking for and he condescendingly brought up the price like it would turn me away. He also lied to me about when my car would be ready. I saw my car parked out front and he said it was still being worked on.

2nd time now that I have been unhappy. Feel like the communication is very poor compared to the last 10 yrs of having service. This visit I came in to have my summer tires taken off and have snow tires put on. I brought in my own snow tires when they were replacing the tires. They realize that they were all worn and did not call me to inform me that they were worn and ask if I wanted new ones they just put the bad snow tires on charge me for all of that, including the balancing and the rotation and all those other charges and I asked him why they didn’t call me because I wouldn’t want bad tires put on because the whole point of winter snow tires is to be safe in the snow and they said they looked for me in the lobby and I wasn’t there so they just put on the old ones. Now I have to pay another service charge to come in and get snow tires on that will actually keep my family safe in the snow. So on top of the cost, I also have to be inconvenienced by coming in a second time. I’m just not sure if all those years usually Scott and even JP always called me inform me what was going on with the car and I could’ve avoided second charges and coming in a second time.

We were supposed to get our oil change 2 weeks prior but when my husband went to pick it up, it was not completed so we had to reschedule it. When we brought it in we asked them to fix our tire (purchased from Toyota) which had a slow leak and they said it would cost several hundred to fix a tire! Said it was out of warranty because we drove on it! We spent over a thousand dollars on new tires from Toyota because we've always been taken care of prior to these appointments. When they wouldn't fix our tire (any other tire company will fix it for FREE even if tires weren't purchased from them), we decided to take our business elsewhere. Once we use our oil change/tire rotation package, we will not be using Toyota again. Very frustrating and not ok
