Nick was not very good at communicating. Thank God for Kevin and Kendra. They had to listen to me several times and frustration, but they always had the information that I needed. I think Nick tried, but he wasn’t very good at communicating at all.
I was a warranty service manager for 13 years and I do know how important communication is good or bad. It’s better than nothing.
You don’t have to give me a call. I pretty much said it all.
