I’ve had my vehicle serviced at the 15 Motor way location multiple times over the past few years, mainly taking advantage of the 3+3 oil change/tire rotation. While in the waiting room during my past few appointments I’ve noticed a very attentive voice lingering in the distance assisting other customers. This voice was not overly loud, but confident, calming and very direct. Upon my arrival, I’d remember hearing the voice. Wondering if this person would be assisting me, he approached and I felt relieved and very comfortable knowing Nicholas would be taking care of me. The members of the service dept. in the past have always been great, but this guy is a shining example of what a customer service representative should be. Thanks Toyota service dept. and thank you Nicholas!!!
