I was surprised and disappointed that I made the trip for a tire rotation - the car said Oil maintenance - when I called to make the appointment we confirmed Oil change. Amanda was easy to talk to and she listened as I mentioned a requirement for oil change but did the research and made sure I was comfortable and understood no oil change required. I appreciated her demeanor.. thanks
