I took a chance and showed up without an appointment to see if they could get me in for my 60,000 check and an oil change. It was the fasted time I had ever gotten in and all the maint. On my vehicle was completed and I used my Ford award points which paid for the whole thing. Now Thats Christmas! I bought my truck there and go there for all of my required maint. They’ve always done a great job!

There was some confusion about which oil was used. After talking with Debbie we got a clarification that was acceptable. Also we were told that our lifetime tire rotation would not be honored with new ownership. If buying tires in the future this would need to be offered by new ownership if I were to purchase from them. I have been a customer of Paradise for many years and hope that I can get the same service from new ownership.
