In service should be fired for the disrespect he showed towards my wife and lack of care when we had a loaner vehicle from them break down twice and him show no remorse towards the freight she had after telling him when we dropped the vehicle off she's afraid of being on the side of the road after a vehicle broke down in the past. He never contacted us to keep us in the loop of the repairs, I had to call the repair shop myself and call Nissan to find out our vehicle was done. Very unprofessional and should go through classes to know how to treat other people, or be disciplined like he should've been when he was little. I will never come back for anything other than day hello to the only department with a dern there, and that's your sales department.

When I asked if my vehicle was covered for a vehicle diagnostics check, because my check engine light was on, the “new” service adviser said it would be a minimum of $150/hr. I left and went to Ford, and they said Nissan should cover the diagnostic check under your warranty if you bought extended warranty. I’m covered until 100k miles. Why did I have to go to ford to figure that out ? ? ? I called Nissan back and they said they don’t know if it’s under warranty or not. They need to look it up and see the diagnostics. Does that seem right?
