Zack is great! Unfortunately, I recently have had the need to be in the service department several times in the last month. I know he hates to see me coming cause I make him turn red every time. Everything was done quickly abd efficiency. My only disappointment was the surcharge for using a credit card. If I had been aware of that in advance, I would have had cash I r a check along to defer that charge.

I was fine with the inspection and oil change. I felt misled into believing that the transmission flush was necessary for the inspection. By the time I thought about it and realized it wasn't, I couldn't stop it. My son is a certified mechanic and could have saved me quite a bit of money.
