Our service advisor Heidi did an amazing job. She kept us informed throughout the process. Our frustration came in due to the fact that the truck was on site for nearly 2 months. We were told two different days that it would be completed but it was nearly 3 weeks later when we got it back. Other than that, we are satisfied with the results.

I was told two days in a row that my truck would be delivered to my place of work. Got my truck back two days after the last time I was told that. April is probably the best customer service person you have on staff. From what I have seen, she handles the majority of concerns by customers. The times I have previously my been in the service department I noticed she is waiting on people, answer phone calls and running all over the place taking care of business. Two other folks were in slow motion. From my experience as a manager in two different jobs, she needs more help. Train others to do what she can do. She also deserves a raise or a huge bonus.
