I wait over an hour for a recall program to be installed on my car. They could not get it to download. It’s not the service department fault. But next time they should make sure that the program will download before they tell the customer that the recall is ready to be installed.

I always get a copy of all the inspections they complete on my vehicle didn’t get one so was it not done or what. $ 75.00 dollars for oil change is high. I have bought 3 new cars from your dealership. Thought the free inspections were worth it. I will consider using someone else next time.

Over and hour wait only to get tires rotated and a sound checked out that I heard ONLY when I reversed. Waited for him to get off a phone call only for him to jump back on the phone before helping me. Then he called back and heard they just got back from a test drive. Which wasn’t needed because the noise only happens 2 seconds after reversing. 45 min drive to sit for over an hour almost 2 to be told I will have to come back another time.

I received an email that my bill was $68. When I get to the desk to pay they said it was $98. I showed them the message saying it was $68 and they Said it was a mistake that they have been having. Need to get that fixed. The last time I was in they had issues with the coupons I used that were sent to me by Toyota. They said they don’t know how I got them and they reluctantly accepted them

In addition to a regular service appointment I was scheduled for my transmission to be serviced. Originally it was to be done when I had my 100,000 mile maintenance done. But my transmission was a different kind that cost more and the didn’t have what they needed to do it that day. I was told it would be fine until 120,000 or 125,000 miles. So I scheduled it to be done today with my 120,000 service. I made an early appt because it takes longer and since a shuttle is normally available I was told there was only someone available to take me to work in the mornings Jimmy did drive me and he was very nice. However soon after he dropped me off I was informed that you didn’t have the fluid to service my transmission. It was on back order. That should have been known before I even arrived and I should hav been told and allowed to reschedule at a later time . I also always just wait on my car when it is just a regular service. My time was wasted with A trip across town and back and I live in Illinois so with the time change I had gotten up at 5 am and driven over mostly in the dark in order to arrive before 8 so there would be enough time to do the transmission work. I would not have that for a regular oil change. Your service advisors need to know whether supplies are there for a serve that is scheduled. This is the second time I expected to have the recommended 100,000 mile maintenance done and it still has not happened. I am very frustrated.
