While I am pleased as I always am about the service provided on our vehicles, I was very disappointed that when I received my report showing me that the total cost was going to be 292.87 - the amount that I authorized - the actual total was $350.00. The service advisor indicated that there was some sort of glitch with the company that set up the system and that everything wasn’t included in my estimate report. She did offer a $30 discount, but this is a deceptive business practice. It should be looked into and rectified. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at Toyota of Terre Haute because we have always received wonderful service and care and everyone is quite helpful. This specific situation was however, very disappointing. Thank you
