I ordered my car from Jasper 1. Because when I was looking for a car and wanted to order one the sales person wasn’t friendly or helpful so I went to Jasper. Yes, I’m a preferred customer. Apparently that means nothing to TH Toyota. Since my car was being work on with the recall and it took and entire day I have to have my daughter bring me up and drop off my car. With preferred customers that shouldn’t happen.
The last time I brought my car in I had a rug on top of my floor mat and they tossed over to the passenger side with dirt and rocks flung all over my gear shift area.
If Jasper wasn’t so far for oil changes I would definitely be going back.
