Having my oil and tires rotated was fine, but I’ve been coming in for a front end alignment because it keeps pulling to the left mainly but I can’t keep it between the lines in the road because he wants to steer one way and then go the other way and I’ve been telling them about this and they can’t seem to get it lined out and I paid full price for this vehicle and I bought a set of runningboards and I think they are up too high and then I was charged labor cost which I don’t think I should have and then I wanted mudflaps put on it and they told me that I couldn’t put them on there because this was a certain vehicle and they didn’t make mudflaps for that make me vehicle that I have because it was some other kind of vehicle that I couldn’t order mudflaps for but bringing in this vehicle for alignment to keep it between the lines and they messed with it a couple of times, but one time they told me that there was nothing wrong and then another time they said it was something in the steering and then having trouble with the radio fading out and going to black but I would like to have the front end. Alignment straightened out because I have to fight it to keep it between the lines hope there’s someway that this can be taken care of. but having to pay for the labor on them put on the running boards I don’t think I should have to pay for that. They’re high up and not low enough which that high up I should’ve never bought running boards for it. They should be a little lower than what they are. Thank you.
