This was my first experience with my first Toyota having it serviced at Toyota of Terre Haute. Tim was great to work with a very professional. I will be returning for service of my Camry with Tim!

I am very happy with Barb. I think getting the parts I need to repair my car are taking way too long. Just when I paid my car off , it broke down the next day, serious harness problem. As I sat I. The car wasn’t for the tow truck I was overcome with strong smells that were nauseating and left a terrible taste in my mouth. Ofcourse, I got out of the car to wait, after 10 minutes, I decided to try sitting in my car again, same result and had to get out. I am kind of concerned that my Rav 4 isn’t as great as I thought it was.

We called 3 different times looking for information about when the car would be ready. On the first, my wife was treated like they couldn’t be bothered. On the second and third calls I had to leave voicemail, which I did. I was also never notified by text that the car was ready. I decided to come anyway. When we arrived, there were 3 people sitting around playing on their phones. One of the items they were to fix, trim on an inner wheel well, partially fell off again. I had to pull off the road to secure it so I could finish my drive. The car was in there for its 20,000 mile service and a couple of warranty issues. With one item still broken and customer service the way it was, it makes me wonder if my car is safe to drive.
