I was told the items that were ordered by Jeff Sheets were now in stock for my 2025 Highlander 25 Edition. I sit in the waiting area for some time and then was told the items delivered did not match the color of my vihicle. The Lady at the Counter was very nice it was not her fault. My time is valuable as well so just cancel that order

My car came home wrecked. There is paint missing and scuffs in the rear driver quarter panel. I am extremely disappointed that no one turned this in or even mentioned it to my husband when he picked up my car. My car did not come into Toyota like this and seeing how it’s less than a year old it’s very frustrating.
