Ray Carrera was exceptional. For the most part of my life, I have only owned Toyotas. Therefore, I have interacted with a great many Toyota employees. Nobody told me that there only will be a quick check that day if my vehicle is affected by the recall or not. So I left and after 45min I got the call that my car can be picked up again as the part needs to be ordered. knowing that I would have stayed and waited but I left and spend money and time of going back and forth. More transparency would have been great.
