The car was ready and I wasn’t notified. I had to call in and then show up and then wait. Your team advised that the engine filter need to Rep replacing, but that the cabin filter was fine. They were both beyond filthy making me question whether you have ever changed them and all the times I’ve been getting service from your organization. My audio system still doesn’t work because the charging function is broken. This has been a problem from the beginning with no support from your group.

Check engine light mysteriously comes on while it’s at the dealer for tire rotation and oil change. And, my tundra doesn’t start when I come to pick it up?! Obviously someone left a door ajar for the day or something which drained the battery. I end up needing to leave my car over night to find out what’s wrong the next morning. I send multiple texts and phone calls and never get a call back until 1230pm, stating the service department still has my truck. Hours later I make contact and the check engine was because of the low battery?? Which they told me checked out fine in the inspection and drove test? Then I needed to pay to replace my battery, which I had never had one issue with prior to coming in on Thursday. I will be finding another place to Service my tundra

I did not like that when I picked up my vehicle ticket to pick up my car. The person/cashier/ticket person started with saying I do not owe anything as of today instead of letting me know what they did or did not find, and if there were any issues that were commented to the first person when dropping off the vehicle we’re taken care of. I drove off thinking everything was OK. This is my first new vehicle. I have owned used vehicles before I would have appreciate it the service team to have let me know or ask questions and not just hand me the keys and here you go. Have a nice day. They supposedly rotated the tires. I do not have any recognition if they did or did not. They called me 10 minutes after I dropped off my vehicle asking me if I knew where the wheel key lock was at. I said no, you guys should’ve let me know to bring it Because I have a separate but somebody that seems like management told me they could take the wheels off with a wheel lock if they have it in the shop. I also let them know that I was having issues with the infotainment system that the screen was going black as I drove my vehicle. They did not fix this or let me know in the spec of work they did on paper when I got home. They should’ve done this work and let me know everything as I picked up my vehicle. My friend has a tundra 2024. And he says that he takes his vehicle to this location as well and has poor service or lack there of as well. I got a bad vibe as employees seem to not get along between sales and service technicians. The customer should come first since they spend so much money on their vehicles and to have people not care enough to ask questions after you pick up your vehicle after service. I get it. It’s busy at times, but we all need to pay attention. And I asked multiple workers how busy they that they of my service. And they said they were surprised that it was kind of slow. So I am confused as to why the negligence in so many departments thank you.

It took three trips and several weeks to try to get my car in to be serviced the last saying it would be give hours. When I finally had a ride to get it in, I was told that oh my service was canceled a week ago. It was only for a year. it was over a week ago so I left and went to my old mechanic. Very dissatisfied. Really just disappointed in Toyota.
