Happy customer here. It was my third service since purchasing the RAV4. This was the first time bringing in a Saturday and I was a bit worried; I drive to you from San Pedro and although I had an appointment and planned to be there early, I did not know what to expect. The service department has it down!! I appreciated the gentleman outside directing cars; the process was spot on. The checkin process is seamless and Pedro was efficient .The sitting area is clean, the coffee is really good, and the service is quick. I have to wait since I am not a local, and I don’t mind it at all. Keep it up, and thank you.
