No one spoke to me about what my car needed to address the brake fluid that was in the red according to the paperwork. Recently bought the car there two months ago, and now the brake fluid is in the red. Seems that it should’ve been looked at before I bought it and you guys should’ve fixed for me when I went there yesterday. I would like to get this addressed. But no one talked to me about it. Just gave me the paperwork.

Usually after service is done they wash the car but this time they didn't. I get it it was busy and they are trying to save time. However, my windows had soap from getting splashed from another car being washed. I was handed my car with soapy windows and a dirty body. I can forgive my rim paint being ruined during service, because I was told the dealership would fix it, but at least hand off my car with clean windows so I can see when driving home.i was disappointed with this service.

This was an expensive repair. However, Ray was very patient with hesitation and he answered all my questions. I Huge bonus…Ray mentioned that the tech that was working on my vehicle noticed something rattling inside one of the tires and recommended getting the tire shop to look into it. Turns out the air pressure sensor was rattling around inside of the wheel shredding the tire. The tire is now getting replaced and I’m very grateful that this was discovered before it became a bigger problem. Thank you South Coast Toyota and thank you Ray!

Customer service felt at a low, did not care about customer service at all, overpriced oil change too.. the labor cost more than the oil. Oil changes are elementary, it’s a 10-15 minute job and I just don’t have a garage anymore but I will go anywhere but here for oil next time because it’s too expensive. I wanted to use the dealer to take care of my car but you guys have our priced yourself. There is too many Toyota dealerships for me to come back here too because I just didn’t feel like the customer service was good at all. No one was rude I just felt like I was dealing with a robot that could care less about providing good service. I’ll go to another Toyota for services in the future if I need to. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service. I was very stressed with the fact that when I signed paperwork saying I would need to pay 189$ if it wasn’t under warranty limitations. I asked if it was still under warranty and he said we will see but if not you will need to pay the 189 plus whatever the cost to fix it. My question was is it still under warranty and I guess I understand that he doesn’t know they need to see what’s wrong first, but the thought of paying 189 to see what’s wrong was stressful. I didn’t know that was how it worked. Other than that you guys are awesome! I appreciate the key battery that little thing was a surprise and helped make my day better.
