Still would rank your greeting and pick ups as average. No complaints but nothing special. Your guys are busy but it’s not like the guys at the GM dealer in tullahoma where I have my Yukon serviced. Probably just need some training and maybe more help when busy.
We’ll still keep coming and the fix it part is very good. Just rough on the edges.

Our appointment was scheduled for 10:15. We were told it would take about an hour. We walked around Walmart until after 12, went back and was informed they would get the paperwork ready. After I read the paper it stated time started was 11:40. We were there at 10:00, so what's the point of having an appointment?

Have issues w the bill
Have issues w how wheel bearing story played out and what am I to do a two new bearings but only one listed on bill so if the other goes bad I have no recourse as it doesn’t exist oh yes before bc given one for free. Oh yes because you took out a perfectly good one pretending it was bad and needed replacement so yes I am very angry. After almost 8 hrs in shop I was exhausted and had 4.5 hour drive so was not paying attention
