Lack of communication, multiple calls/texts with no call backs even after we expressed concern the truck was not fixed correctly when returned to us on 6/30. We returned the truck on 7/3. Called a couple times after the holiday for update/status with no return calls until it was done. It’s difficult getting to and from work when you are down to one vehicle for what ended up being two weeks.. Having an idea when it’s going to be done is super helpful. I’d call Adam **** for further detail if there’s going to be a follow up ****-****-xxxx Buckeye has been our go-to for a few years and this experience was a little surprising. **Nancy was the one to finally listen and show concern for the issue when we took it back in on 7/3. Thank you Nancy!!**

I had to call 4 times to get updates on my truck over the two week period. The last time I called I was apologized to and told someone would call me right back. I didn’t receive a call until the following day. This is the first time I haven’t been satisfied with the communication. Usually your team is top notch.

I called a few days before the appointment and shared that I had taken my car to a local tire shop. The tire shop said my front rotators needed replaced. When I shared that with Nick, I believe he took my call that day, he explained that I will need to bring it to there repair facility to allow them to diagnose the problem but that I was still under a three-year/36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. So I scheduled the appointment and drove 45 minutes from Chillicothe to Lancaster to find out that they did my rotors did need replaced but it was not covered under warranty and instead would cost me nearly $1,300. If I knew that it would have not been covered under warranty, which seem to be a pretty straightforward, black and white situation… I would have never wasted my time and gas to drive to Lancaster.
