Mike was able to quickly get my vehicle into service and resolve the issue. I also really do appreciate the offer of the loaner vehicle. Easy process.

I have never been disappointed with my interaction at Moffits with Mike. He us always professional and courteous. It is a loss to moffitts that he is no longer your service manager. I hope he had input and training to offer for whomever is the new manager. I have referred many people who have complained to me about Moffitts to speak to Mike to have there issue resolved. I greatly appreciate his customer care attitude. I would also like to add that Kaylie is missed however, the new girl ( I believe her name is Beth) had great customer service upon arrival. Also, when I picked up my car after hours, it was sitting in your parking lot unlocked with the keys in it and visible. I am sure that was an oversight but could have been an issue. Thank you for this opportunity.

I had a coupon for a oil change with a list of services that went along with this oil change package,one was (tire rotation) witch at the time of check in asked to please do the tire rotation,with this oil change package, i was advised yes that comes with special after getting home and reading the invoice,i saw nothing on it about tire rotation,i called the sevice dept up and asked if this was done. And come to find out it wasn't done! I live in Adel so that was a long round trip drive to not have everything completed as supposed i have brought up my car several times for service work and have always been pleased with everything.im sure this was just a mistake that just didn't get noticed.you asked for my comments so thats why i let you know about this. Not a huge deal,justcant make another trip their just for tire rotation. Thank You

We were told that the car was out of oil after the check engine light was verified and that no oil leaks were found. The vehicle was serviced recently at Moffits and no explanation for the apparent leak was provided. The service charge did not appear to reflect a possible mistake during the recent oil change.
