To repeat the service in regards to personal and facility were Excellent. If you are going to rely on a text message system please make sure it provides what it states it is going too. It promised me a vehicle condition report after initial text. Did not receive. I also bring my vehicle to the Retailer for factory schedule maintenance, I requested a 30,000 mile service and I have no record the factory service was completed. I do have record that “The works” package was performed, I could not tell if that is the same as the 30k service. Did my vehicle require an updated software? These are things that are important in a factory schedule service. Interesting fact is I had a works package completed on my other vehicle the day before at your Bethlehem Qicklane Center. I asked them not to rotate the tires because the manufacturer (Volvo) does not recommended it. When I asked at check out regarding the pad material left I was told they did not check them because I requested the tires not be rotated. After having the edge serviced it had brake measurements, interesting because I stated the tires did not need to be rotated because they were a week old. Yet they provided brake wear readings. So I am a bit annoyed now maybe 10%, since my Volvo has 70,000 miles on it and I will have to jack the car up pull so tires and inspect it myself Would I recommend your operation absolutely yes.

Always the best service and the bogo oil change was a nice surprise

It took over 2 hours for just a oil change service.

Service was excellent. It didn’t take long. Agent was easy to deal with. Only problem was that there was no check off sheet so I don’t know what shape the tires or brakes are in.

Very friendly and went out of her way to make sure everything was finished right.
