My advisor did a great job communicating between me and the techs I got most of what I wanted done and got put on the schedule for the other couple things over all it was a positive experience

I paid to have my Jeep detailed the morning of my service appointment 7/17 Upon leaving Akins I found water spots all over the hood, windshield, front fenders, bumper. Looks like washer fluid was over filled or spilled on my Jeep and Noone took the time to wash it off correctly.
Checked my tire pressure monitoring thru the app every tire is a different pressure. Is this not standard to check when rotation is part of service? My Jeep is 1 year old with only 6090 miles, this is not a vehicle I don't take excellent care of. 2022 Grand Cherokee L Summit reserve v8 was not cheap!

When time to pay,I had to do it via phone, walked out to my car… no keys… walked back inside.. they had to check my tag #and find my keys…., I used to get a paper copy of my bill of what had been done to my vehicle… I had nothing… I don’t have a way of making a copy … lots of us elderly don’t have computers, I informed them of my displeasure when they said this was the way it would be in the future, I also informed them there was a a great possibility I would never be back
