Aiken was completely professional, and courteous, I was very pleasantly surprised. I have a BMW, if I could have my BMW worked on at Akins I would bring the BMW to Akin’s to be worked on. But after asking the people there they do not work on BMWs. But other than that, I was very pleased With the professionalism.
