Have to take the time to bring it back due to damage caused during recent work. I have to call to see if part is available and they can fit me in. My wife was there 4 to 5 hours Friday. Would hope that someone would take the time to call me.

Josh was excellent...he did all he could do.
There is literally no reason for it to take 4 hrs for your "express service" for a simple oil change. If you have that many appts then you should just not offer the express lane...make appts only. It should have taken no more than 30 min at most. Express should be completely separate than the other service techs.
