This is in no way a reflection of Braxdon’s support. As he was prudent with his periodic follow-up during the oil change process of my Mustang. And his honesty regarding the unforeseen change in completing the process is appreciated and the correct way to handle a customer. At issue is the scheduling. Understanding the oil change wait to complete would be 2-2.5 hours upon my arrival at 11:00 AM. Excessive in itself as you advertise yourselves as a Quick Lane / Lube Express. However, I elected to stay until done. As I had an extended trip for the next day. At 12:30 Braxton paid me a visit and shared there were 3 cars ahead of me so we on track per his original estimate before he left for lunch. Upon his return around 1:30 he stopped by and shared that while he was out. 4 customers arrived with reservations arrived and were put in process before my car during lunch. As a result an additional hour delay was incurred 2:30 completion time. Braxton also shared this had happened the previous evening to another customer. I am a retired North American National Service Manager with 30 years experience in the electronics manufacturing arena. If myself or one of my Supervisors or one or their Field Service Engineers reprioritized customer needs in this manner. Near term we would have put thousands of dollars in service at risk. With the possibility of the loss of millions in future sales of new equipment. Simply put, if your service model is inflexible to change. Your customer’s will change it for you. Take Care, Greg M
