Our report for our 2022 Ford Explorer was not filled out correctly. When my husband left, he called back up to the Service Dept to let them know. They said it was filled out incorrectly and would get me a quote for our tires. I still haven’t gotten a quote for tires. Overall, we had good customer service until we didn’t. We weren’t satisfied with the ending of our visit.
