I never spoke to Vanessa. Katie was handling the vehicle and told me I would hear from someone as she was going out of town. I got a text Friday saying it was ready but I was at work so I couldn’t get it till Saturday. So idk what follow up needs to happen in regards to the check engine light that came on that said service traction control and power to steering column that caused the volume buttons to stop working. Katie said in order to get it fixed inder warranty it needed to come back on. So did it come back on and was it fixed? All I know is that they at least got the speaker fixed cause I can hear the difference.

Kevin, Bobby and Wes were fantastic! The high level of service we received was a breath of fresh air in the present day business climate. Kevin drove our car, on a ride along, to accurately diagnose the problem. He wanted us to leave the car due to a potential safety issue. He arranged for shuttle transport home to Danielsville! Bobby got us worked into his schedule and kept us updated. He had the car ready a day and a half later! Problem resolved. Wes drove us home. He was very professional and engaging.
