He had replaced a sensor (check engine light was on) and the dash lights had been giving me issues, I went there 5/20 and the lights weren’t working, someone named Jerry fiddled with a dimmer and turned the headlights off and on repeatedly and the dash lights started working. As I left the driveway the dash lights went out and never came back on until I left our house to go back to Akins on 6/5. He tried and tried to get the issue to replicate, drove my truck 100+ miles and it never did act up. He was so patient, I really appreciate how hard he tried to help me. So far, the dash lights are still working.

The work was completed completely, however, there was no communication that let me know a 2 day service was going to take 8 days. No phone call or text, just silence. I was told to expect 2 days due to a recall fix but it was frustrating not to know what was taking so long.
