Vanessa did a phenomenal job! We had a tire key dilemma and her and the team worked together to find the lock key to remove my tire and repair it so I could get back on the road! Will be using Aiken for all service needs going forward!

Sorry to give negative feedback, but it was not a very good experience.
I had called to make a warranty repair, had an appointment for over two weeks dropped it off last Monday 10/28 at 8:00am and never heard a word from anyone so I called Wednesday 10/30 to get an update, only to find out the car had not even been looked at. So I call back Thursday and was told they will probably drive it first thing Friday morning to try to replicate the issue. Meanwhile, I’m in a rental car. My car sat there for four days before it even got looked at, what was the purpose of having an appointment? I had three items wrong with 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and they fixed one and said the other two being the screen freezing up and having no power to use navigation or the radio, I was told it was a software update and I would be responsible for that price, and the sunvisor for the driver falls out if you pull it down. I was told when I dropped it off they’re having issues with that and I know for a fact that is true as I have several friends in the same thing as happened to the sunvisor , it’s actually a safety concern because you can’t use it because it falls out .
Just not a good experience at all, I’m now looking at another dealership to try to get my car in to fix the two items that were not taken care of.
I currently own three Jeep vehicles a 2019 jeep Wrangler 2018 Jeep Wrangler that was purchased from your showroom, and a 2018 jeep Grand Cherokee that was also purchased from your dealership.
