**** was came to greet upon entering the service bay which was nice as other times I had to get out of the vehicle and ask if someone could help me. When I told him that I forgot to mention the tire pressure warning light on my appointment, he was polite and offered to add that to the ticket. As it had been along time since I brought my work vehicle or my personal vehicle here, I forgot to mention that this was my work vehicle and all expenses should be directed through Fleetio. **** offered that he would take care of it. I work with 17 other inspectors and we all have vehicles, and our biggest issue is trying to find places that take Fleetio consistently with out giving us grief. So, Thank You.

Between Erica and Samual they both did a fantastic job. The cost was a lot more than expected but I knew I had issues with front. Bringing it to someone that no matter what the problem was I knew it could be fixed. Once Samual got it broke down some parts quoted did not need replacing so I was able to save some. The truck drives great and I just might get another 23 years out of it.????
