Could not understand how the bolt from the oil pan, were stripp out, when taken out, when the vehicle is serviced there regularly,signs of bolt was going bad, should have been detected earlier,service manager should follow up on this issue,and if the fix don’t work or issues arise from this problem, I will hold Akins Ford responsible for any concerns or damages !!!
