The actual in-person service experience was great. The disappointing part was the difficulty I had with scheduling an appointment and how far out the appointments were booked. I called the number that the Kia Connect app gave me for Visalia Kia twice. Both times I ended up getting transfered by a real person to the service department where I had to leave a voicemail message, but never got a call back. Then I tried scheduling directly from the app and still no callback. I finally found a different direct number for the service department and was finally able to talk to a real person and schedule an appointment that was several weeks out. I ended up just driving an hour from where I live to Visalia to try to get a walk-in appointment. They got me right in and everything was done within a couple hours.

I was very dissatisfied with my service. When Eduardo called to tell me that the warranty wouldn’t cover my issue I brought the car in for, he advised it would be $178 or something like that to just look at the car just because we didn’t purchase it from this location and that he would give me a quote on how much it would be to fix the tire sensor. When he gave me the price for the oil change he asked if I wanted to continue to have them fix the tire sensor and noise the car is making I told him yes. He said he would give me a quote for everything. I assumed he would text me the information. When he called to tell me the car was done I was expecting everything to be fixed. When we picked it up he told my husband they didn’t fix the issue because he was waiting for me to call him back. I didn’t tell him that I would call him back I had agreed to having everything fixed with our phone conversation.I couldn’t believe that my car had sat there and all they did was the oil change in which I could of had done somewhere else for cheaper. Very disappointed in the overall service.
