Mi experiencia hoy fue malísima. Se hizo una purificación del A/C Ion, sin decirme, lo que la chica me dijo que le tocaba cambiar el filtro del A/C, en ningún momento me habló de Ion. Luego hablé con el supervisor o gerente de servicio y no entendía mi planteamiento, si me hubieran dicho que si quería Ion , no lo hubiera hecho. Siento que no se me dió la oportunidad de escoger servicios no esenciales a mi vehículo.
