Él muy atento.Mi queja es sobre el tratamiento Caltex que me lo ofrecieron como excelente y no es asi pues la guagua se mancha muchisimo. Fue un error comprarlo. Durante todo el proceso, entiéndase desde que coordiné la cita para llevar mi vehículo hasta la entrega del mismo fue un excelente trato. En especial el Sr. Rafael Omar Díaz, asesor de servicio, quien recibió mi vehículo y muy amablemente contestó todas mis inquietudes, me mantuvo informada del status del vehículo y al final me explicó todo el trabajo realizado en la unidad. Por último, un joven de nombre Gabriel quien me entregó la unidad e igualmente fue muy amable. En conclusión estoy encantada con el servicio, excelente trabajo y equipo de Autocentro. Los califico con un 20 de 10.

Service was slower than ever. Called several times to let them now that I was on my way to pick up, the picked up when I was over 10 mins waiting for a human being to answer the phone. Told them that I was working and had to be back soon to my office. Nobody cares. I arrived, paid, and still have been waiting another 20 minutes and counting for my car to be delivered. You can look at the Cameras, see payment evidence and you’ll see that I am taking about facts and not opinions. I only wish you had Daily Kuilan here every day, as everything works fine when she is here. Otherwise there’s no sense of urgency, prompt response or real commitment with a paying customer. I come here to keep only one record for my car. I could have gone to other businesses where they do care about people paying their salaries. Very dissatisfied
