I asked one of the service reps about a recall notification. He reached out to Timothy Kellar who I presume was busy at the time. I was told that Mr Kellar would see me in 5 mins to answer my question. About 30mins later my car was ready I paid over the phone walked up and asked for Mr Kellar again. He was busy at the time. So I never got an answer to my question
